Sten Andreas is a moderator and trainer with extensive experience in leading presentations and discussions. Sten's excellent presentation skills come from his background in professional debating - he is a five-time Estonian champion, a finalist in the European University Debating Championships and has successfully participated in several debating tournaments in Europe and Asia.

He has led discussions on very specific topics and has also been the host at major events, tying together various presentations into a complete day.

Sten has previously worked as Head of the Employment Department and Deputy Secretary General on Labour and Employment Policy at the Ministry of Social Affairs, as an adviser in the Office of Chancellor of Justice and as a lawyer at the law firm Tark Grunte Sutkiene. Sten has also worked in Pactum AI as Enterprise Program Manager. In the first half of 2017, he did and internship at the European Commission as a member of Andrus Ansip's cabinet. On a day-to-day basis, he works as a member of Tuleva's Management Board.

Sten holds a cum laude Master's degree in Law from the University of Tartu and a Master's degree in Economics from Tallinn University of Technology.
